Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what personal information The Laser & Aesthetics Company collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It's written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details below.

Who we are

The Laser and Aesthetics Company Limited (company no. 13270727) is the data controller for the information described in this policy. We are based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 2NJ. You can contact us at info@thelaser-aestheticscompany.co.uk or on 07802 655236.

What the enquiry form collects

If you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • the treatment you're interested in
  • your preferred contact method and the best time to reach you
  • any optional message you choose to add
  • confirmation that you are aged 18 or over and that you consent to us contacting you, where the form asks for these

We ask you not to include any health or medical information in the form, such as medical conditions, medication or skin history. If we need that information ahead of a consultation, we'll ask for it separately, in a way designed to handle it properly.

Consultation and consent forms

Consultation and consent forms, and any medical history taken ahead of treatment, are handled through Faces (facesconsent.com), a consultation and consent platform used by aesthetics clinics. Faces has its own privacy policy governing the information you give it directly, which we'd encourage you to read.

Treatment records, including consultation and consent forms, are kept for as long as required for clinical and insurance purposes.
